Sakura relinquishes command of NASIC
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio -- Col. Kathleen C. Sakura relinquished command of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center during a ceremony held at the National Museum of the United States Air Force here May 30. During the ceremony, Col. Aaron M. Prupas later assumed command of NASIC. Immediately following the change-of-command, Sakura retired during a ceremony recognizing her 24 years of Air Force service. Maj. Gen. Robert P. Otto, commander of the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, presided over both ceremonies. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
