R3 Creates new Program

Master Sgt. Natasha Washington, Communications and Information Directorate senior enlisted leader, speaks about how the Watson Walker Program came to be and why it’s positive for a work environment like NASIC, June 29, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The program is sponsored by the NASIC’s R3 (Resiliency, Respect, and Readiness) and was originally proposed during a resiliency-focused tactical pause in September 2019.
