R3 Creates new Program
Chief Master Sgt. Carlos Labrador, National Air and Space Intelligence Center Command Chief, shares his thoughts on being a good Wingman at the June 29 kickoff of the Center’s Watson Walker Program, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
