Measurements and Signatures Intelligence Analysis Squadron conducts assumption of leadership

Dr. John D. Ellinger, incoming director of the Measurements and Signatures Intelligence Analysis Squadron, gives remarks after assuming command of the squadron during a ceremony at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Jan. 23, 2026.
