DoD and Intelligence Communities convene for Air Threat Week 2024
U.S. Army Brig. Gen Dave Elsen, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Director for Intelligence J2, provided a keynote speech during Air Threat Week at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, on Oct. 24, 2024.
