Leadership changes hands for the Foreign Materiel Exploitation Squadron

Lt. Col. Noel Humber gives remarks as the new Foreign Materiel Exploitation Squadron commander during the squadron's change of command ceremony June 6, 2022 here. Humber previously worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Systems Technology Office, before assuming command. The Foreign Materiel Exploitation Squadron is tasked with delivering unique, timely, and detailed foreign materiel exploitation intelligence on air, space and cyberspace system capabilities and vulnerabilities to support operational efforts, acquisition programs, and policy decisions.
