NASIC hosts Mr. Galloway

War correspondent and author Joseph Galloway signs a copy his book “We Were Soldiers Once…and Young” for Chief Master Sgt. Dominic Dumbra, Communications and Information superintendent, Aug. 27. Galloway spoke to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center about the experiences described in the book, which he co-wrote alongside Lt. Gen. Harold Moore. “We Were Soldiers Once…and Young” tells the story of the Battle of the Ia Drang and went on to inspire the movie “We Were Soldiers.” (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Michael Hunsaker)
