Lt. Gen. otto visits NASIC for the last time

Lt. Gen. Robert Otto, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. receives questions from members of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center Oct. 12, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Otto is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight, and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities.
