Lt. Gen. Otto visits NASIC for the last time
Lt. Gen. Robert Otto, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., talks with members of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center Oct. 12, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Otto is responsible to the Secretary and Chief of Staff of the Air Force for policy formulation, planning, evaluation, oversight, and leadership of Air Force intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities. He will retire from the Air Force this November after 34 years of dedicated service. NASIC is a Field Operating Agency that reports to HAF/A2. (Air Force photo by: Senior Airmen Samuel Earick)
