The National Air and Space Intelligence Center celebrated the graduation of its 2025 Civilian Career Development Program members in a ceremony held inside the Center on Jan 22, 2026.

The event honored the dedication and achievements of the 16 graduates, who are now poised to take on leadership roles within the Center and the broader intelligence community.

“The program exceeded my expectations in terms of the depth of the training and the quality of the interactions,” said Theresa Ha, Mission Support Directorate, facilities engineer. “The immersive experiences, like corporate site visits and leadership exercises, helped me see different ways to approach leadership challenges and gave me practical tools that I hadn’t anticipated.”

CCDP is an intensive program designed to cultivate future leaders by providing unique learning experiences that enhance professional skills. This year’s class distinguished itself by identifying and embodying four key values throughout their journey: development, professionalism, connection, and service.

To enhance their professionalism, the class also participated in leadership excellence training, job-shadowed senior leaders, and gained industry insights.

“When you walk up here and receive your certificate, to the rest of NASIC it says: ‘We chose you, we invested in you, and we are counting on you’—and we are. But to one another, remember that it also says, ‘We learned things together, we faced challenges together, we can count on one another.” said Michelle Busbee, Networked Weapons and Modeling Intelligence Group technical advisor.

Building connection was one of the most important aspects they worked on, with team-building retreats and internal mission briefs strengthening their relationships and fostering knowledge sharing.

The class also demonstrated a commitment to service, implementing their new skills within their home offices and volunteering with the local Wizards of Wright STEM outreach program to inspire future leaders.

Now that they have concluded their time in the program, the 2024-2025 CCDP graduates can carry with them the skills, confidence, and vision to shape the future of intelligence.
