WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Col. Ryan Skaggs accepted command of the Networked Weapons and Modeling Intelligence Group during a change of command ceremony at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, June 21.
During the ceremony, Col. Ariel Batungbacal, National Air and Space Intelligence Center command er, and Col. Catherine Gambold, Networked Weapons and Modeling Intelligence Group outgoing commander, officially activated the WMG, marking Gambold as its first commander before handing the guidon to Col. Skaggs.
