WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Oh -- 35 National Air and Space Intelligence Center staff sergeants were presented a certificate in honor of their selection for promotion to the grade of technical sergeant, June 29, here.
Air Force officials selected a total of 9,422 staff sergeants across the force out of an eligible 34,973 with a selection rate of 26.94%

The rank of technical sergeant is the second tier of the NCO force and are often their organizations’ technical experts. They continuously strive to further their development as technicians, supervisors, leaders and mentors.
