Brigadier General D. Scott George memorialized with dedication of conference room

National Air and Space Intelligence Center leadership memorialized Brigadier General D. Scott George with the dedication of a conference room bearing his name at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, May 21, 2021.


George, who passed away June 28, 2020, served as the NASIC commander from June 2008 to June 2010 and retired from service as the Deputy Director of the National Security Agency after nearly 30 years of distinguished and devoted service to his country.

NASIC Commander Col. Maurizio Calabrese joined George’s family, friends, and colleagues during the unveiling of the room within the Center to commemorate George’s service and dedication to the intelligence community.
