Chief Master Sergeant CARLOS E. LABRADOR CMSgt Carlos E. Labrador is the Command Chief, National Air and Space Intelligence Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As the senior enlisted leader of nearly 3,500 personnel, Chief Labrador advises the commander on all matters pertaining to morale, quality of life, discipline, assignments, training, readiness, professional development, and effective utilization of all personnel. With four groups, seven directorates and 16 squadrons, NASIC is the Air Force's analysis center for foreign air, space, and specialized intelligence. NASIC provides an expansive range of tailored, integrated assessments, products, and services to joint operational forces, national policymakers, and the acquisition community.Chief Labrador enlisted in the Air Force in June 1996. In December 1996, he graduated from the Bioenvironmental Engineering Apprentice Course at Brooks Air Force Base, Texas. He has excelled in diverse leadership and management positions, to include Senior Enlisted Leader for Medical and Air Expeditionary Groups, Technical School Instructor and Bioenvironmental Engineering Apprentice Course Director, Additional Duty First Sergeant, and major command Functional Manager for both Air Force Central Command and Pacific Air Forces commands.
