Air Force JROTC cadets attend national competition

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. John Shaver, National Air and Space Intelligence Center director of staff, judge Air Force JROTC cadets during the Air Force JROTC National Drill Competition held May 24, 2018 at Wright State University near Dayton, Ohio. Shaver along with other volunteers from Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, reviewed more than 690 cadets from across 13 states. The annual drill competition was designed to give cadets a chance to gain drill experience as well as promote the positive aspects and benefits of JROTC.
